Sydney's very own queen of Retrosweat, Shannon Dooley took Sydney Good Food Month to new fluoro-tastic levels with a Palm Springs-inspired work out set to the best of new and old school Californian tunes. As part of Sydney Good Food Month this special once only event featured in Hyde Park Palms - a Palm Springs mid-century inspired pop-up restaurant that featured an array of activity and food stars such as Marco Pierre White, Mitch Orr and Neil Perry.
After sweating it out in their most extravagant lycra gear, guests were treated to a fun breakfast by Black Star Pastry and Sydney's favourite baker, Katherine Sabbath.
Guests never missed a beat thanks to Fitness Audio supplying their quality fitness microphones and wireless electronics.
