All orders placed are processed within one business day. Most orders placed before 2PM (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day.
If there are any delays to the above processing times, you will be notified by email.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with the tracking details. Please follow up any delays or issues with the shipping company directly.

We do not ship internationally.
We do however have many distributers around the world, so please contact us to find out your closest dealer.
