Return Procedures
All returns must be accompanied by a completed RA Form before shipping the product to us. This form must also be printed and included in your package, along with the RA number labelled on the package or box.
Key Requirements:
✅ Complete the RA Form prior to shipping your product.
✅ Ensure the RA Number is clearly labelled on the package.
✅ Failure to comply will result in your product being discarded. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us improve our service and efficiency.

*Please note that a minimum service fee of $88 will be charged for any item sent back that is ‘no fault found’ (this includes return freight costs). Please see above trouble shooting steps to determine that what you are returning has a fault.
